[Samba] Status file visible in client print queue

Hi.

My samba test box (2.2.1a) has all it's print queues in the 
/var/spool/lpd/distributed/[printer-name] directory. Each of these 
directories has a couple of files: status; and lock. When viewing the print 
queue from a client machine the lock file is not shown, but the status file 
is. The status file contains a time stamp of the last print job.

On an older version of samba this file is not displayed. Does anyone know 
how to prevent this file being displayed on the client machines?
