[Samba] Makefile still broken on Solaris

Latest cvs as today, Sun Solaris 2.7 on Sparc using Sun Workshop Forte C v6

At the top of the Makefile is
DYNEXP="-dc -dp"

This doesn't do nice things with the Solaris compiler ...
