[Samba] problems with printing (2.2.3a)

Dear all,

I just upgraded from 2.2.0 to 2.2.3a everything works fine except printing
from some applications under WINDOWS NT. It seems to me like this: if
there is no connection established between client and server printing does
not succeed on the first try but on the second. Some applications give
back 'no RPC server available' on the first try. A good candidate is the
MICROSOFT EDITOR which never seems to work on the first try.

As I didn't change anything in the configuration files it seems to be
version related. Is it aknown bug in 2.2.3a ?
