[Samba] Samba 2.2.3a for AIX 4.3.3

I've compiled Samba, built a small config file with SWAT.  When I fire up smbd and nmbd the nmbd daemon is not out there.  The log shows the message:

[2002/04/12 13:49:18, 0] lib/util_sock.c:open_socket_in(789)
  bind failed on port 137 socket_addr = 0.0.0.0.
  Error = Address already in use

None of the Samba books talks about this message, so is this a fatal error or just a warning?
