[Samba] File Times Are Off

All file timestamps viewed with Windows Explorer on a SAMBA share are
exactly four hours earlier than the timestamp that Linux shows. We have fax
files that are time critical so I need to figure out how to get Windoze to
recognize/display the correct file timestamp. Thanks.
