[Samba] Help with confusing log.smbd entries

Greetings,

I get these entries in my log.smbd file when trying to join a WinXP box to 
my domain:

[2002/04/09 15:13:50, 0] rpc_server/srv_samr.c:api_samr_set_userinfo(670)
api_samr_set_userinfo: Unable to unmarshall SAMR_Q_SET_USERINFO.
[2002/04/09 15:13:50, 0] passdb/pdb_smbpasswd.c:pdb_getsampwrid(1416)
unable to open passdb database.

Any insight as to what might be failing would be greatly appreciated.

FreeBSD-4.2-RELEASE
