[Samba] smbmount error: connection to winclient failed

I have installed samba and i can share some directories and a printer
with a win98 machine. it work well, seen by the win user :), but if i
launch:

$ smbclient -L winclient

i get these answer:

SSL: Error error setting CA cert locations: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)
trying default locations.
added interface ip=192.168.0.1 bcast=192.168.0.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
timeout connecting to 192.168.0.2:139
Connection to winclient failed

$ smbclient -L smbserver
and
C:\>net view \\winclient

work well (in fact i can see smbserver and winclient in Network
Neighborhood from windows desktop)

my network passed all tests in diagnosis.txt
