[Samba] WinXP profiles - NetHood problem

Fortunately, I haven't had to work with XP yet, but this used to be possible
with WinNT/2K using policies.  I used to use it to tell the clients not to
save temporary internet files with the roaming profiles.  I'm sure there is
a policy or registry hack that will do what you want.
