[Samba] Samba 2.2.3a and RID update: porting from commercial ADVANCED SERVER FOR UNIX

Samba support for arbiary rids is incresing, but is not yet complete. 
We need to do some more work.  I hope we will have support in HEAD (2.2
certainly won't happen) in the next couple of months.
