[Samba] Windows client displays incorrect time?

Europe changed to Daylight Saving Time last Sunday - check if the server is
set to adjust to it.

I'm no expert but have seen it before. I dont know the cause but have
noticed
that restarting samba fixes it. I imagine samba keeps some sort of drift or
offset or something.
