[Samba] problem on installing samba

You can make that dir by hand, or if you run smbd or nmbd it will be created
as the 'lock directory' param pointed in smb.conf.
It is usually 'lock directory = /usr/local/samba/var/locks' in smb.conf.

You must kill the nmbd and smbd first and then run again. (samba restart)
