[Samba] printing from win2k - suddently wrong paper size

2.2.3a is buggy wrt to printer driver download.  Have you tried
the patches I sent to the list to address this?  You can grab the patches
from ftp://ftp.samba.org/pub/jerry/samba-2.2.3a-patches/

You also might want to test out the lates SAMBA_2_2 cvs code.
