[Samba] HEAD Code problem (ACL support not found)

I am trying to run 'configure -with-acl-support' on a xfs filesystem but
configure will not configure for POSIX ACLs I have the include/header
files in the usual place and have looked through configure.in to see
what files it is trying to refrence which are there under
/usr/include/sys/acl.h /usr/include/sys/types.h.  I have the cvs sources
from 3/31/2002 about 21:00 mst (gmt -7).  Any help would be welcome
