querying smb user names that are in use on a Windows NT/2000 SMB client

Is there any way for a Windows NT/2000 user to query the OS to somehow get
a list of SMB user names used by outgoing SMB sessions from the same
machine? In particular, can a user telnet'ing in a Windwos NT/2000
machine or using a Terminal Server find out what SMB user names are being
used from the machine by the user him/herself or by others?
Thanks in advance for any answers or pointers.
