oplocks break refused

Hi all.

I've a problem on a RH 6.2 server, with 2.2.19 kernel patched with
reiserfs 3.5.34, running samba 2.2.0

I found the following in the log:

received to oplock break request to pid 13963 on port 1265 for dev = 809,
inode = 34729, tv_sec = 3bb1e29b, tv_usec = fb77

At the same time, I was unable to access some files on that
share. Restarting samba solved the problem even though as you can easily
imagine this is not an option...

I understand this could be an hardware or configuration issue, however,
any hint would be greatly appreciated...
