include ...%G... problem in Samba 2.2.1a

This question has come up before, and the last time the person just didn't
seem to get it for a long time. So I will try to be more clear.
THE INCLUDE FILES ARE IMPORTED AS THOUGH YOU HAD TYPED THEM IN.
Your include file has [global] and other share definitions, all being stuck
into the [global] section of your smb.conf file. Won't work. Can't.
