Send Winpopup msg from Samba to WinNT

Hello!
I wanto to send a winpopup message to a WinNT box. It will be used if a Printjob was done successfully.
Maybe u have a such a howto already, that would be cool. 
Right now i am just working on the winpopup msg. 

faxserver:~ # echo "message" | smbclient -M fax_client.company.local -U "from" -I "to"
added interface ip=192.168.10.53 bcast=192.168.10.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
faxserver:~ #

Why won´t it work?
