This option is (in combination with others) to allow Samba to perform
as a domain controller itself (domain controller = yes or no).  Unless
you have some need for samba to perform domain logons for win9X computers
(Version 2.0.x) or winNT/Win2k computers (Samba2.2.x), you should leave this
default, which is NO.
