Print Job Priority

Hello,

I've been trying to figure out how to assign certain users print priority
on their jobs, as well as the possibility of setting up a job for
overnight printing.  Can this be done with Samba or is this something to
configure in Cups, as that's what I'm using to manage my printer?

My setup:

SuSE 7.2
Samba 2.2.0-15
Cups 1.1.6-52
HP 4500 Color Laserjet with JetDirect card

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
