Page size won't stay on A4 :(

LaserJet 4M Plus - using the original NT drivers.

Any hints would be good.  I'm sure its not an issue with the Linux print queues trying to filter the print job as its printing to a queue that has no printer filter, which inturn points to the 'raw' LPR queue on the printers EIO...
