Windows sees Samba computer but can't access

I can already see my Linux box (Backup; on my Windows 
machine. However, whenever I try to access Backup, the message "//Backup 
is not accessible.  The specified computer did not receive your request. 
Try again later." Yet I can ping my Windows 98 machine (Andoyski; from Linux by pinging, but not by pinging 
Andoyski. From Windows, I can ping my Linux unit by pinging both Backup 

The last lines of log.smb states:
