Windows sees Samba computer but can't access

I can already see my Linux box (Backup; 192.168.0.1) on my Windows
machine. However, whenever I try to access Backup, the message "//Backup
is not accessible. The specified computer did not receive your request.
Try again later." Yet I can ping my Windows 98 machine (Andoyski;
192.168.0.2) from Linux by pinging 192.168.0.2, but not by pinging
Andoyski. From Windows, I can ping my Linux unit by pinging both Backup
and 192.168.0.1

The last lines of log.smb states:
[2001/10/25 07:10:02, 1] smbd/server.c:main(643)
 smbd version 2.0.6 started.

How do I fix this?

Thanks! :)
