how to edit ntconfig.pol

hi,

Has anyone actuall edited the ntconfig.pol file? I downloaded the tools
user mgr and the other one as mentiond in the docs, but every time
I modify a user, or anything the tools give me an error?


Perhaps I have the permisions set improperly on [netlogon] or
the file itself? What user do I need to be?
