Virus scan for samba

Hi
Can somebody suggest, whether samba can be confgured for virus scan
I am using samba as gateway for access to unix shares from PC. THere is
nothing shared on samba server itself but it will give access to nfs shares
on unix.

Now how can i make virus scan whenever some body is mapping from PC and
opening files sitting on unix sides.

I would greatly appreciate your comments on this.
