Error in log file appearing lots of times

You'll have to report a few additional things before anyone will be able to
give you a decent answer ...
1. What is the client that's causing this?
2. What version of samba?
3. What OS?
4. How are the oplock options set in smb.conf?

If you're using Win9X/ME clients, I recommend you turn off all oplocking,
since those clients seem to be broken with regard to oplocks.
