Spool filename changing!

First off all, sorry for my poor english.

My name is Daniel, and I work for a company that is changing from
Novel to Linux.
Until today all had worked fine, but I found a littel problem:

[root at eduteclinux /root]# lpq
2      root at eduteclinux+437         A   437 smbprn.XXXX ...


It would be all ok, but my boss asked me to change the smbprn.XXX to
the original filename, like mydoc.prn.

Here is my print command:

print command = /usr/bin/lpr -r -P%p %s

Samba version is 2.2.1a
