Samba accros multiple nets

I am currently trying to move our company off of OS2 and on to Samba.  It
works great in our main office, but how do I get our other office to have
access?
Office 1 is on 192.168.1.x (along with the server)
Office 2 is on 192.168.2.x (Office 2 is also running NT4 as a PDC for that
office only)

I can see the server in the browse list, but when I try to list or access
the shares it errors out with "\\Fileserve is not accessible The network
path was not found".
How do I fix this?  I think that it has something to do with "Trust" issues,
but I am not sure as I am relatively new to Samba.
