Win2k unable to copy roaming profile?

You can't copy profiles like noramal files. in ntuser.dat an else 
ware the DOMAIN-SID and other things are stored. And if they do not 
mach the changed PDC your are in trouble. You can / have to use the 
tools profiedet be NT /W2K to move profiles. They should be some 
where in the user-Settings (???
