Samba 2.2.2 / Winbindd / pam_winbind.so

someone might want to add the "make nsswitch/pam_winbind.so" command to the
Winbind HTML doc "docs/htmldocs/winbind.html" for the next release

Otherwise Winbind is working like a champ for me and the Samba team has my
greatest thanks!
