Rename "New Folders" using WIN2K & samba

What setting do I need to do either on 'smb.conf' or WIN2K registry so that
I can rename
a New Folder I just created using Windows on a Samba mounted UNIX drive?  I
can create and
delete.  I can not rename a folder.  I can rename a file not a folder, any
folder.  I could do this on
WIN95 and 98 not on NT and WIN2K.  I need your help.  Thanks.
