time server parameter

Remove the entry from smb.conf, run testparm and check the default setting.

Does the time server global parameter do anything?  It seems that Samba 
provides time services even if this parameter isn't included.

The latest doc I can find on this says that the default is NO.  Is it 
possible that Samba defaults to YES?
