Doc on 2.0.10 -> 2.2.x update?

I am currently running Samba v2.2.10 on a RedHat box.  In response to a 
previous post on this list, I was told that v2.2.x is needed to support 
Win2K, so I will soon be upgrading to the newer Samba code.

Is there a document on what is involved in an upgrade from Samba v2.0.10 to 
v2.2.x?  I'm looking for upgrade advice generally, and Win2K-related advice 
in specific.
