problem with sharing files

I have a problem with sharing files on my samba.
When the file is use by two difernt clients (Win98,win NT), I have the
comunicat that file is locke'd.
I don't know what to do!

It's my smb.conf

   workgroup = FPC
   server string = FPC_SERV
   log file = /usr/local/samba/var/log.%m
   max log size = 5000
   security = share

   encrypt passwords = yes
   socket options = TCP_NODELAY

   dns proxy = no

[homes]

   writable = yes
