Weird behaviour of Access Database

Hi all,

Something strange is happening here. I've got an Access database that I just
moved into a shared folder and all of a sudden it's become read only. The
folder will happily let me write and alter any other file I put in it, and
the database is fine on a local drive.

Any ideas?
