Samba checking for smb.conf changes

I don't believe that it will automatically read for changes.
If you make changes to smb.conf, ordinarily you need to do a "hangup" of the
smbd PID:
	$ ps -ef | grep smbd
	root  1234   1   Nov28 ? 	00:00:00 /usr/local/samba/bin/smbd
-D
	$ kill -HUP 1234
this forces it to reread it's config file.
