Win98 problem with netbios name

Hi all,

I am using samba 2.0.9 server. The windows can see netbios name but it 
can't access this name. If i connect by ip address, it is OK. And 
windows can access this name after that. Please help me solve this problem.

And my smb.conf file

workgroup = SS_DOMAIN
netbios name = tonycomp
server string = tonycomp
security = user
encrypt passwords = yes
[public]
comment = Public Folder
path = /usr/local/src
browseable = yes
read only = no
