btrieve5 database on Samba share

Mark,
   There are a number of us with this problem right now (I've made
contact with about 4 others).  The problem shows up with when running
any application that has this "style" of database (ie. Access, Goldmine,
btrieve, foxpro, etc...)

At this point I would:
1) Make sure that all of your oplock setting are off (see man)
If this does not work:
2) Revert back to an earlier version of samba.  2.0...?
