samba copying problem

hi.
I use MAndrake 8.1 and Samba 2.2.1A .
We are using Samba as a File Server and After 1-2 GB
copying from a Wýn98 Terminal To the Server, Samba is
not Responding.And in the Messages.Log file There is a
error message like :
" Lib/util_soc_c:reed_socket_data(478)
  read_socket_data:recv failure for 4.Error=connection
reset by peer. "

How can i handle this problem?
