getting desesperate with accent chars...

all is ok in my samba2.2.2 PDC...
but if i use smb.conf:
        preserve case = yes
        short preserve case = yes
        case sensitive = no
        code page directory = /etc/codepages
        client code page = 850
        character set = iso8859-1
when i go to my win9x/Me workstation and try to create a file or directory
with chars with accent its created, but later is imposible to delete or
imposible to enter the directories with accent.. all the dirs and files are
viewing but imposible to delete...
and in the linux system its show rights ...
i dont understand what is happend
