configuring [print$]

I don't really understand the documents on creating [print$] directory for printer drivers.

Now I have a shared printer on Samba, it can print from Windows machine but when add printer it can only ask for installing driver on client machine.

My goal is to store printer driver on Linux print server (or can upload it from Add printer Wizard). Please help with detail step to step.
