Strange smbpasswd entries

On WinNT and Win2k the functionality exists (via PAM only) in the 2.2.2
realease (not sure on 2.2.1).  Under Win9X, this functionality does not
exist, unless you want to experiment with HEAD - then I'll take
bugreports, and it will do both PAM and smbpasswd.
