Configuring Samba on AIX 4.2.1

I am attempting to load Samba 2.0.7 onto as rs6000 running AIX 4.2.1 , but
it will not install, the error I get is Missing requisite bos.rte.4.3.0.0,
The system has the bos.rte.4.2.1.? on it. I have installed it successfully
on another rs6000 running 4.2.1.0 with the same version of bos.rte software
(4.2.1)

I have checked the 2 systems and they "look" identical in the software
installed, can you give me any help
