Connect to Samba Server over ssh2 tunnel?

Hi,

at our institut we have several samba servers which have restricted
access, one cannot connect from outside.

As some users want to have access from outside I thought about tunneling
the smb traffic over ssh2, but I actually have not got it up und running
so far.

There is a ssh2 server on the machine containing a samba server.

Has anybody managed to do this sort of thing? Is there any page or
f.a.q. with tips or hints for me?
