error while transfering files

Ok, this will prevent this message from being shown in error.log and I
corrected
it already, but what about my real problem? Does anyone have a clue, what it
could be that copying from a Win98 to Samba cancels after some seconds?

I also saw someone else posting the same problem, but with Win2k clients (he
wrote the message in german).
