trusth realtions between samba PDC and NT PDC

Note that that option assumes samba is a *member* of an NT domain, and
that trust exists between these two *NT* domains.  Samba simply does not
have the functionality to maintain domain trusts.

This is being (slowly) worked on, but it takes time and considerable
effort.
