restricting log ins

Is there any way to restric log ins by user and by host ?
I need to restric that certain users can log in in cerain computers, but no
in others computers and in that computer no other users can log in ?
Which version of samba do I need ? I'm running 2.0.8, last versio shiped with
OpenBSD, but I can compile and run any other version.
Of course, my enviroment are Windows 98 and Me log in in a domain, there's
only one samba controling the domain, it has some shares, netlogon (with
config.pol), I'm using encrypted passwords, if you need any other
information, please ask.
