Similar problem to PR#21614

Dear Sir:

I installed samba 2.2.2 on SCO OpenServer 5.05 and cannot login to SWAT.
It refuses the root password.  I tried installing samba 2.2.1 and got
the same problem.

I read in the recent bug lists that this has been resolved with
PR#21614.   Does the 2.2.2 binary distribution for SCO OpenServer 5
contain the fix?

I wish I can get a fixed binary because I am not comfortable with
compiling from source.
