NT/W2K password prompting

Thanks for the response - I know this is kind of off the subject but my
NT/W2K login script is actually providing the password. It says:

net use z:\\sambaserver1\sambashare1 password

But the PC still prompts for password during initial login to the domain
when it tries to make the connection.

Nice pick Herb, I saw the security lines and mixed which was commented out.
Yeah definitely user security is needed.

Thanks,
Trevor

Running share level security will make the clients have to prompt
for a password. If you set user level security and have the login
passwords and user names on the clients the same as the password
in smbpassword it will not prompt.
