Windows XP and Samba 2.2 - Can't join domain

Hey all,

I just installed 2.2.0 rpms for RedHat 7.0, and quickly configured it. I'm able to join the domain from my Windows 2000 machines just fine, but I cannot join from Windows XP (Beta 2 build 2465).

It gives me a an error on the WinXP box: The procedure number is out of range.

The error I get on the samba box (with default logging):

May 9 12:46:12 ilsig smbd[30735]: [2001/05/09 12:46:12, 0] smbd/service.c:make_connection(375)
May 9 12:46:12 ilsig smbd[30735]: root logged in as admin user (root privileges)

May 9 12:46:13 ilsig smbd[30736]: root logged in as admin user (root privileges)

May 9 12:46:14 ilsig smbd[30736]: api_samr_set_userinfo: Unable to unmarshall SAMR_Q_SET_USERINFO.
May 9 12:46:14 ilsig smbd[30736]: [2001/05/09 12:46:14, 0] rpc_server/srv_pipe.c:api_rpcTNP(1215)
May 9 12:46:14 ilsig smbd[30736]: api_rpcTNP: api_samr_rpc: SAMR_SET_USERINFO failed.

I tried cranking the logging up a few notches to see if there was anything more useful, but no such luck. I'm certainly willing to send anyone more detailed logs.

Any insight would be very helpful.

Thanks!

Don
