How many answers do you want? Samba does not support SMB over NetBEUI.
Period. And for good reason. NetBEUI is a mostly worthless protocol
anyway. The only good excuse for running NetBEUI is if you have a very
small network isolated from the Internet - in that case, NetBEUI is the
simplest way to go. But it doesn't support routing, and therefore can't
handle anything beyond a super-small, simple workgroup. Set up your
TCP/IP network and get rid of any other protocols, everything is moving
to TCP/IP anyway.
