How to configure a public share and hide a private dir

Hi all,
under the /home partition i have 2 dirs:user and source

How can i share user dir to everyone who has a connection to linux server
(RH7.0)?  at the momment, only users that exist in either linux or smbusers
can access this dir

another dir is Source : this folder is accessible by only one person. the
problem now is : that folder's still visible (ie: they can see there is a
Source folder) to other users but they can't access it. What i really want
is only admin person can see it while other cannot know about its existance

I'm using samba 2.0.7 (still learning and will update later)

station boxes are win98

please tell me if more info is needed
